Precinct Caucuses and the Minneapolis DFL City Convention are two critical steps in winning this election. In order for us to win, we need you to attend, bring a neighbor or two, and help us spread the word. Precinct caucuses are where your neighbors will elect delegates to represent them — and vote to endorse a candidate for mayor — at the City Convention.
If you are available, attend your precinct caucus on April 8 at 7:00pm. Precinct caucuses will take place in person at locations that are yet to be announced, but expect them to be near your neighborhood.
At your precinct caucuses, run to be a delegate to the City Convention on July 19. The city convention is where delegates vote to endorse a candidate for Mayor.
Can’t attend in-person on April 8?
If you cannot attend in-person on April 8, submit the DFL’s nonattendee form, select that you want to be a delegate to the City Convention on July 19 and July 20, and type in that you are supporting Omar Fateh for Minneapolis Mayor under where it asks for your candidate of issue.
If you have any questions about the process, your precinct caucus location, or submitting a non-attendee form, email info@omarfateh.org.
